How can I get support for DraftSight?

DraftSight Professional, Premium, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus customers who purchased their solution from the DraftSight store:

Customers of these solutions are entitled to web-based support to assist with issues relating to the software installation and license activation. This uses the Submit a Request option. 

Follow the 4 simple steps below:

1. Create a 3DEXPERIENCE ID
2. Access our support webform
3. Tell us about your issue and hit SUBMIT
4. Click the LINK in the Email you receive to open a Service Request (SR) in the 3DSupport app.
