How do I reset DraftSight license information on Windows?

Please follow these steps to refresh the license information on the computer. It can resolve some activation problems.

  1. Ensure DraftSight is not running. Browse to this location where DraftSight activation information is stored: C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet
  2. Rename folder named Flexnet to say Flexnet_old
  3. Restart DraftSight. You will be prompted to perform reactivation.
  4. Follow the steps to reactivate the license
