Please follow the steps below to perform a clean reinstallation of the DraftSight® software. Please note, these steps should only be followed by a suitably qualified person. Incorrectly deleting the wrong folder will cause issues with other applications.

1. Delete "/Applications/DraftSight" to uninstall DraftSight.
2. Check if the following folders are present and rename them to “DraftSight_old”
   1.  /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Preferences/DraftSight
   2.  /Users/Shared/DraftSight
   3.  /Users/[USERNAME]/Library/Application Support/Dassault Systemes/DraftSight
   4.  /Users/[USERNAME]/Documents/DraftSight_root_autosave
