DraftSight Professional and Premium can be activated simply by purchasing a serial number online and entering it during installation. An internet connection is required for this activation process.

For DraftSight Enterprise and Enterprise Plus packages, network licensing is offered, which requires a server-client setup for license activation. During the license purchase, you have the option to choose between SNL (SOLIDWORKS Network License) or DSLS (Dassault Systèmes License Server) for network licensing.

3DEXPERIENCE® DraftSight is automatically activated after purchase when you log in to the 3DEXPERIENCE® platform for the first time.
